Reporting is available for every element of data and is designed to output in multiple formats including Adobe PDF and comma separated for Excel. Acumen supports most popular report writers and can provide an ERD / Data Dictionary to allow users to build ad-hoc or custom reports.
HrVIEW Acumen’s HrVIEW is a module the employee can log into to review personal information, schedules, preferences, certifications, accrued balances and make requests for approval. HrVIEW reduces the task load and paperwork in HR and payroll. This self-service module is the dashboard for the employee, his/her supervisors and management to communicate the HR needs and wants of the individual as well as the company.
 ShiftVIEW Acumen’s ShiftVIEW is a robust employee scheduling application available in a cost effective lite version up to an enterprise model. This provides simple shift definitions and reporting times or advanced automation of labor demand to employee availability and certifications.
ClockVIEW Acumen’s ClockVIEW is an employee time and attendance application available in lite to enterprise models. This provides simple time recording plus automation of sophisticated pay rules and eliminates errors in payroll processing. ClockVIEW helps control costs of payroll preparation.
LaborVIEW Acumen’s LaborVIEW is an employee time and attendance application with labor and job data collection included. LaborVIEW handles simple labor time recording to sophisticated multi job multi man calculations to give exact labor costing results. LaborVIEW helps controls costs in labor costing and payroll preparation.

Acumen™ DATA™ Suite
The Acumen™ DATA™ suite offers robust software products that are easy to configure, automatic data collection and data replication engines. GetDATA™ is an automatic data collection engine that integrates ADC hardware into the Acumen™ Client / Server and WEB based systems. GetDATA™ AS400 is an engine for integration to AS400 applications. GetDATA™ RF is an engine for Radio Frequency / Wireless ADC hardware integration. Training
Acumen™ provides for training client staff in the use and operation of automated data collection systems. Typical training programs are provided for management, operations, and users. The most common is the "Train the Trainer" concept. The specifics of a training program are defined in the ADS-FDDS document. Elements of training are specific to the software and hardware delivered. For example, with the Time/Data terminal user training, a supervisor can be intimately trained in the use of the Swipe reader, keypad and functions of the Time/Data terminal: that Swipe reader is used for clocking, and answering questions such as "On the ID badge on what side should the bar code be facing?" and "What direction do I run the ID badge through the slot?".
